RETURNS as of March 23, 2020:

  • Please be advised that Dallas County has ordered a "Shelter-in-Place"  ordinance beginning March 23, 2020.  Since our physical office will be closed through April 3,  WE REQUEST THAT YOU HOLD ALL RETURNS UNTIL WE ARE ABLE TO ACCEPT PACKAGES.
  • Alternately, please email webstore@thefinleyshirt.com to let us know of your return request.  We will contact you as soon as we are able to receive returns.
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Finley Shirts purchase we will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund subject to the following guidelines:
  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Merchandise must be purchased from TheFinleyShirt.com.
  • We are unable to process any FinleyShirt.com returns at our retail stores.
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable after an item has shipped.
  • Merchandise is a FINAL SALE if in clearance as stated in the promotional email or on product description.
  • We will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment of full-price merchandise within 7 days of order/purchase date. Price adjustments will be only granted in the form of store credit.
  • Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
