Returns
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Finley Shirts purchase we will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund subject to the following guidelines:
- All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Merchandise must be purchased from TheFinleyShirt.com.
- We are unable to process any FinleyShirt.com returns at our retail stores.
- Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable after an item has shipped.
- Merchandise is a FINAL SALE if in clearance as stated in the promotional email or on product description.
- We will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment of full-price merchandise within 7 days of order/purchase date. Price adjustments will be only granted in the form of store credit.
- Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
- Please use the enclosed, pre-paid shipping label to return your item(s). Also, please fill out and enclose the return paperwork to expedite your refund and to help us know why you are unhappy with the item(s).
