Shipping & Returns
- All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays via FedEx.
- If your order requires expedited shipping (overnight or 2nd day), the order needs to be placed by 12:00 noon CST.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Finley Shirts purchase we will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund subject to the following guidelines:
- All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Merchandise must be purchased from TheFinleyShirt.com.
- We are unable to process any FinleyShirt.com returns at our retail stores.
- Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable after an item has shipped. All sale, discounted or promotional merchandise is FINAL SALE.
- We will gladly offer a onetime price adjustment of full-price merchandise within 7 days of order/purchase date. Price adjustments will be only granted in the form of store credit.
- To return your order for a refund, please affix the enclosed pre-paid FedEx label to your box and drop at a FedEx location. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
- Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
